Our volunteers are an essential part of the success of the Tallgrass Film Festival, helping the event grow year after year.

Volunteers receive many benefits for their efforts, including free admission to Wichita premieres of the best independent films from around the world, meeting filmmakers, making new friends, enjoying delicious food from local establishments and, of course, receiving a snazzy new t-shirt. Most of all, volunteers have the right to say they're an integral part of the country's most Stubbornly Independent film festival. 

Volunteers are needed for the following positions:

• Ushers
• Runners
• Ballot Counters
• Theater Managers
• Production Assistants
• Projection Room Assistants
• Print Trafficking Assistants
• Special Event Greeters/Bartenders (must be 21+)
• Special Event Production Set-up/Breakdown
• Visiting Filmmaker/Hospitality Drivers
• Ticket sellers and box office help
